OUR STORY
Vernewell Group, a Delaware-based global holding company, was officially established in 2024, building upon foundations laid by its first subsidiary, Vernewell Tech and Space, founded in 2020 by internationally recognized international business law jurist and space and technology law expert Mrs. Malak Trabelsi Loeb. Initially operating in stealth mode, Vernewell Tech and Space specialized in strategic advisory services on space sustainability, ethical technology governance, and deep-tech management, evolving in 2021 into Vernewell Management Consultancies, a Dubai-based firm dedicated to policy and strategic innovation advisory, advanced technology adoption, and management consultancy across quantum technology, artificial intelligence, and other emerging disruptive fields.
Rapid growth and strategic expansion led to the creation of additional specialized entities and global initiatives, including Vernewell Academy, the Quantum Innovation Summit, the QInnovision Consortium, and the Quantum Universum Magazine, forming an integrated global innovation ecosystem.
Today, Vernewell Group strategically unites these entities, actively driving responsible, inclusive, and human-centric innovation worldwide.
